Rather than guessing what your property might earn, why not get actual projections based on your actual property? We will use our own data in combination with market analysis tools to provide you with detailed estimates for revenue & costs.
Superhosts are experienced hosts who provide a shining example for other hosts, and extraordinary experiences for their guests.
Once a host reaches Superhost status, a Superhost badge will automatically appear on their listing and profile to help you identify them.
We check Superhosts’ activity four times a year to ensure that the programme highlights the people who are most dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality.
80% of Airbnb listings have a rating of 4.5 stars (out of 5) or above. This can make it difficult for potential guests to easily distinguish the professional hosts from the rest.
By having the Superhost status, you are able to distinguish yourself from the crowd and establish a sense of quality and trust between you and potential guests.
Once you have been awarded the status, your listings will display the superhost badge & the title “superhost” next to your listings and your profile as you can see in the images below for one of our properties.
Airbnb’s algorithms are more likely feature listings run by Superhosts to guests in the search results & emails marketing campaigns. There is also a filter that guests can select that displays Superhost listings only.
However the impact of achieving the Superhost status on your listing’s visibility appears to be smaller than many expect. An AirDNA study found that there was only 5% improvement in listing traffic for Superhost properties. An increase is still an increase though.
Superhosts respond to 90% of new messages within 24 hours. When guests ask you questions, they know that a quick response is only a message away.
