For our Serviced Accommodation Management service, we charge 17% +VAT of total revenue to look after absolutely everything. This is an incredibly competitive rate considering the increase in revenue and overall profits you can expect from using our services.
It is hard to answer this without knowing the host. It all depends on previous experience, the amount of time you have, the amount of patience you have and so much more. A large number of new hosts underestimate how much work is actually involved. You, or someone you trust, needs to be available at all hours of the day.
When looking into becoming a self-managing accommodation host, it is important that you make a list and consider everything involved, from who is going to clean the place and do the laundry, through to emergency call outs at midnight and the maintenance team around you.

Yes, of course! It is your place to do as you wish. Simply let us know your dates and we will block the calendar for you. We do however recommend getting your dates blocked early, as once we have a booking, we won’t be able to cancel it.
Obviously the more you stay there yourself, the lower your profits will be. Therefore we recommend using your property for personal stays during the off-season.
Yes, you can!
As part of our onboarding service we will completely launch your property on all platforms for you. From staging and professional marketing pictures, through to pricing strategy and listing descriptions.
If you already have a listing, that’s also fine. You can simply transfer this over to us to take over – it only takes a couple of minutes and our team can talk you through it.
In terms of running the serviced accommodation, we’ll look after everything. The only aspects you will need to handle will be the utility bills (gas, electric, water, wifi). We’ll handle the rest.
In a brief summary, we enable UK property owners to benefit from the increased income that the short-term rental industry can provide, without all of the usual workload and stress. We manage the whole operation of marketing, running and maintaining your Airbnb for you.
We would be sad to see you go, but yes you are welcome to cancel your agreement with us. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible. We can then hand your listings over to you. Please note you will need to honour any existing bookings or be willing to cover the cancellation charges that you may incur from the OTAs
